Medical Education Group (MEG)

Welcome to the Medical Education Group. MEG was formed to support educational activities in the Dunedin School of Medicine, providing the leadership and liaison that facilitates curriculum initiatives.

Liaison and advice are provided by the Faculty Curriculum Committee.

MEG along with good liaison between Staff and Student committees, other Schools in the Division, Otago District Health Board (ODHB), Higher Education Development Centre (HEDC) and other organisations as appropriate, manages the 4-6 year MBChB programme development, evaluation and assessment, devolving implementation to departments as appropriate.
