On 4-6 March we invite you to join us at two special conferences and a weekend of celebrations in honour of the Department and of the University's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir David Skegg.

March 4th – 6th will be a marvelous weekend, featuring two exciting conferences, a book launch, a reunion dinner and the Great Healthy Film Show. Throughout 2011 the Department will continue to celebrate with monthly seminars, a public programme to include the children and wider community of Otago, and a Festschrift in honour of the University's Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sir David Skegg.

We extend a warm welcome to present and former staff, students, graduates, friends and everyone who is interested in the story of the Department.

We look forward to seeing you in March 2011, and throughout the year at the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine’s celebratory events.
